Alexandra has been training for over
3 years and recieved her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a strong believer of the "home fitness movement" and strives to educate people on how to train safely and effectively without the use of a gym. Alexandra is also an avid rock climber and is pursuing a degree in kinesiology.
After working with Alex for the last 6 months, I am wearing clothes I havent fit into in more than 3 years!! Since meeting her at Threshold and participating in the Power Hour, I have gained strength, muscle, confidence and understanding about how to modify several of the exercises to accommodate my aging body, as well as confidence to wear my shorts again in public the only thing Ive lost is weight! Thanks Alex, I would not have done it alone!

Hi! Ive been working out with Alex for about 4 weeks. I was super hesitant to work out with someone. I thought it would be so weird and maybe even creepy. I had no idea how awesome and fulfilling it would be! I will be 31 in a few weeks and had a baby a year and a half ago. My whole life Ive been a runner. Even though Ive never really enjoyed running, I always stuck with it since it was an easy way to keep weight off. Too bad I completely plateaued after having my baby! No matter how far I ran, I never saw any results. Not to mention how hard it was to find and hour a day to run with a new baby. My husband suggested Alex and after I got over my hesitation a whole new world of fitness was unleashed! I never realized I could actually enjoy a workout. There was no weirdness with Alex! No weighing me or measuring me. Although that works for some people it would have been super awkward for me. Ive gained a whole repertoire of workouts I can do at home or the park, quickly and effectively. These workouts have really helped me to maximize my time and get the results I wanted. I have no ambition to weigh what I did when I was 18. I just wanted to feel good again and do the simple things I was used to pre-baby. With Alexs help Im getting there. Most importantly I have the confidence that I can workout correctly and feel good about myself again. The coolest thing about working with Alex is the unlimited encouragement and down to earth personality that she brings to each workout. She gets in there with you, works with you and encourages you the whole way. The best thing for me after having my daughter, was learning how to effectively workout with Alex. I feel more confident and happier all the time.

I have been doing ring/gymnastics training with Alex Rasch for five or six months now. Alex is very knowledgeable and professional, but at the same time is a lot of fun to work with. She never fails to give encouragement even when I fall on my face. Every week I see improvement in my strength and endurance. My personal goal is to achieve the iron cross by my 70th birthday (I'm 68 now), and I have no doubt that with Alex's guidance I'll reach my goal.

Individual sessions are ideal for anyone searching for private one-on-one training. Your first session will include a fitness assessment in which posture, muscle strengths / weaknesses, and cardiovascular fitness will be observed and analyzed. This personal assessment will help to create a customized plan, guaranteed to help you meet your goals!

Working out with other people is a great way to stay motivated, and keeps it fun! Private group rates are available for those taht are looking for a fun, yet challenging way to meet their goals with the support of good friends / family.
